Calorie density is what helped me lose 40lbs.

It’s a magical concept that explains that different foods have a huge spectrum of calories for the same weight.

(Also known as energy density)

Think of it like a jar of coins vs a jar of $100 dollar notes.

Same jar, vastly different value of money inside.

It’s exactly the same with food. Some foods are very very low in calorie density, so you can eat a TON of them and you’ll still be consuming a small amount of calories.

Some foods are VERY high in calorie density, like oil which is 4000 calories per pound.

It means even a very small amount is higher in calories than a head of broccoli!

The power here is you can use this knowledge to design meals that LOWER your overall calories without you going hungry.

This is what has helped me lose 40 pounds and do it without going hungry.

It helps me make decisions about whether I get chocolate gelato or sorbet… it helps me eat the foods I love while making them fantastic for getting into a weight loss zone.

Rather than a set of ‘rules’ using calorie density allows you to make empowered choices that WILL predictably lower your calories and get you losing fat.
