Quinoa Pulao recipe/Healthy recipe for weight loss/ High protein lunch/Dinner

Ingredients:
Quinoa: 1 cup
Chicken: 200 grams (optional)
Cabbage: 1 cup
Peas: 1 cup
Capcium:1 medium size
Carrots: 1 medium size
Tomatoes: 2 medium size
Ginger Garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Onion:1 small size
Chill flask: 1 tbsp or as per taste
Salt: 1 tsp or as per taste
Ketchup: 2 tbsp or as per taste
Olive oil/cooking oil:4 tbsp or as required
(vegetables can be added as you desire)

Method:
Wash Quinoa thoroughly,then boil until cooked, drain all the extra water,rest its side .
In a pot, add 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Add carrots, capsicum, cabbage, peas and fry for 4-5 minutes .
Takeout in a separate plate.
In a pot, add olive,add onions and fry well.
Add chicken, ginger garlic paste, and saute well.
Add chopped tomatoes , chilli flask, salt and mix well.
Cover up and cook until the chicken is tender.
Add two tbsp of tomatoe ketchup, saute well.
Add vegetables and mix well.
Add quinoa and little water.
mix well, cover up and Simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Delicious Quinoa is ready to serve 😋😋😊
