Ragi flour- 2 cups
Rice flour- 1 cup
Semolina – 1/4 cup
Salt
Cumin
Combine them well 🍃
Add enough water 💧& mix well ( make sure there’s no lumps )
Consistency should be runny..
Let it rest for 15 – 30 mins

Later
Add finely chopped-onions
– chillies
Greated – Ginger
– carrot

Mix mix mix them well…

Heat pan ,spread ghee
Gently pour dosa batter ..(do not rub)
Fry for 1-2 mins ( you can feel the crisp & cruch at the edges )
