Hi everyone, it’s me Daisy and welcome to my channel. For today’s video, I’m going to share with you how I make my zucchini bread. This is a healthy bread that tastes great. It’s easy to make and more than worth the time. It’s a treat you don’t have to feel guilty about giving to the kids. Once you taste this bread, I think you will want to make it more. Ingredients:
2 cups grated zucchini
2 cups all purpose flour
3 large eggs
1 cup light muscovado sugar
¾ cup apple sauce
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
¼ cup sliced almonds (optional)

Steps:
1. In a big bowl, add zucchini, apple sauce, vanilla extract and eggs. Mix until incorporated. (You should use smaller zucchini as they have more moisture than larger ones)
2. Add flour, muscovado sugar, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Stir to mix. Remember not to over mix it.
3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
4. Add sliced almonds on top. You can omit this or you can add other nuts you like.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degree Celsius for one hour or until the toothpick comes out clean.
6. Remove from the oven and let it cool down for a bit in the pan and transfer to a wire rack to completely cool down.
7. Slice your bread to your preferred thickness.
8. Serve and enjoy!
