Yellow Pepper 1
Onions 2
Beans handful
Mushrooms 6-8 pieces
Zucchini 1
Dice all these veggies
Heat olive oil 1tbsp add chopped garlic (10buds)
Add onion, let it cook for 5 min add mushrooms and beans. Cook for 10 min till beans are cooked. Add rest of the veggies. Add salt and perhaps. Add 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp peanut butter. Stir veggie. Cook for sometime. Don’t overcook veggies should be crunchy. Add roasted sesame seeds. Serve hot.
