6-ingredient Healthy Banana Bread It’s gluten-free & dairy-free and super easy to make! This is such a yummy dessert, snack or breakfast idea If you want to make this a bit sweeter, you can of course add a couple of tablespoons of your favourite sweetener! The pan I used is about 12cm x 20 cm – 5 inches x 7,5 inches •Ingredients-3 bananas3 eggs1-2 cup peanut butter (120 ml) (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts) 3-4 – 1 cup gluten-free oat flour (180-240 ml, depends on how thick your peanut butter is)2 teaspoons baking powder1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)1-2 cup dark chocolate chips (120 ml) (I used 80% dark chocolate)•1. Mix the wet ingredients together2. Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and stir until combined3. Fold in the chocolate chips, save some for topping if you like4. Pour into a greased loaf pan and add the rest of the chocolate chips on top5.
