Healthy Sandwich Recipe Ideas – 3 different ways you can make high protein low calorie healthy sandwiches for breakfast or lunch. All of them under 450 calorie s for 2. They are filling and delicious meals. Bonus – they are very easy and quick to make.

Ingredients
Farmers cheese sandwich:
– 140 g farmers cheese
– 60 g full fat greek yogurt
– 1 stalk green onion
– salt and pepper to taste
– 2 bread slices (I used Angelic Sprouted 7-Grain Bread – only 60 calories per slice)

Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Sandwich:
– 3 oz smoked salmon
– 0.5 oz cream cheese
– arugula
– cucumber
– tomato
– red onion
– salt and pepper to taste
– 2 bread slices (I used Angelic Sprouted 7-Grain Bread – only 60 calories per slice)

Tuna Salad Sandwich:
– tuna salad 1 serving – calories are based for this tuna recipe:
– cucumber
– tomato
– green onion
– salt and pepper to taste
– 2 bread slices (I used Angelic Sprouted 7-Grain Bread – only 60 calories per slice)
