I live in Colorado so baking at High Altitude can ruin your grand baking ideas FAST! I have tested this recipe many times and it comes out perfect at 5280ft every time. So relax; you will be eating this one tonight!
3-4 Ripe Bananas
1/3 Cup Melted Butter
3/4-1 Cup Sugar (depends how you like it)
1 egg
1 tsp. Teaspoon
1 tsp. Teaspoon Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1 1/2 Cups Flour (can add 1-2 Tbs.Tablespoons flour for *High Altitude Only)
