Today I am sharing a healthy protein salad recipe.Chickpea salad which is a meal in itself you can use this salad as a lunch or dinner in your weight loss journey.
Ingredients for making this healthy high protein chickpea salad are :
– Boiled chickpeas 1 1/2 cup
– carrot chopped 1/2 cup
– Cucumber chopped 1/2 cup
-Tomatoes chopped 1/2 cup
– Onion chopped 1/2 cup
– cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
– Radish chopped 1/2 cup
– Green Coriander 2Tbsp
– Green chilles
For salad dressing
– Salt to taste
– Black pepper one tbsp
– Olive oil One tbsp
– lemon juice one tbsp
Garlic chopped one tbsp
