Healthy Sprouts sandwich made with homemade oats and wheat bread. High on Protein these sandwiches are not only nutritious but ideal for weight Loss as they have complex carbs hence they will keep you sated for long.

Recipe for homemade bread:-

Ingredients:- 1 cup Mung dal sprouts, 10-12 homemade wheat & Oats bread,1 chopped tomato, some fresh Corns, 1 small chopped onion2tbsp cooked beans, salt to taste, black pepper, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp amchur powder, 1 tsp roasted Cumin seeds powder, olive oil or ghee (optional)

Method to make healthy Sprouts/ Toast sandwich :-
In a bowl add Sprouts, chopped tomato, Corns, chopped onion, Add cooked/leftover beans (rajma, chole etc), black pepper, salt to taste and other spices
Combine all the ingredients very well, Apply some olive oil/ghee on bread slices & place the sprouts mixture in between two bread slices (add a slice of cheese if you are making it for kids)
You can use a toaster or tava to make/cook a sandwich
Serve them warm with your favourite Chutney or dip
