Ingredients: 40 Cal Per 1/4 Cup
– 2 Cups Chobani Greek Non-Fat Plain Yogurt
– 1 Cup of grated and drained English cucumber
– 1 lemon zested and juiced
– 2 garlic cloves minced
– 1/4 cup of fresh chopped dill
– 1 tablespoon avocado oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
– Cut English cucumber in working pieces
– Shred English cucumber
– Drain English cucumber, you can use a paper towel doubled up
– Zest and Juice 1 Lemon (Keep seeds out)
– Garlic Smash!
– Pluck and chop the dill
– Add Greek yogurt to the bowl as a base
– Add the ingredients and mix
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Topping for your meals to take it to the next level!
