And IT’S ALSO WITHOUT ONION GARLIC 💃🕺if you care
🔖Okay so here’s the recipe
Ingredients-
😋Wheat/Multigrain Bread
😋Cheese Slices
😋Tomato
😋Curd; preferably hung curd. You can also take the thick part of curd
😋Sprouts
😋Lettuce
😋Coriander Chutney (coriander, tiny ginger piece, tiny capsicum piece, green chilli, white salt, black salt, roasted cumin seed powder, pinch of sugar, curd, water)
😋Spinach
😋Salt
😋Pepper
😋Black Salt
😋Roasted Cumin Seed Powder
😋(Optional) Tomato Ketchup; Skip for no onion garlic option
Method-
1. Wash all the vegetables properly before readying.
2. Dump the lettuce leaves in ice water.
3. Boil some water on high heat.
4. When it’s fully boiled, switch off the flame and put spinach leaves in it. Leave for 5 minutes.
5. Now make round pieces of tomato.
6. Put cheese slices on bread and heat them a little on a pan.
7. Arrange tomato slices on them
8. Sprinkle white salt
9. Arrange sprouts on top of it
10. Then keep arranging in this order – black salt, Iced lettuce, Roasted cumin seed powder, Blanched spinach, black pepper, long capsicum slices, tomato ketchup(optional)
11. Apply coriander chutney on other bread slices
12. Close the sandwich with this chutney bread slice.
