Ingredients

• 1 cup pitted Medjool dates, packed
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp almond extract
• ¼ tsp sea salt
• 2 tbsp

Instructions
• In a food processor, combine almonds and dates and process for 1 minute until ingredients come together. Add in cocoa, chia seeds, almond extract, and salt. Pulse until texture becomes thick and clumpy. Add water and watch mixture turn into dough texture.
• Line a small baking sheet with parchment, and roll 1 tbsp of mixture into balls, about 12. Place in fridge and chill for 30 minutes. Enjoy or transfer to airtight container for up to 1 week.
