Today I’m going to show you a mixed sauce pasta recipe using makhana pasta. Do try this creamy guilt free pasta and enjoy it hot.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup makhana pasta
Ginger
Garlic
2 Red chillis
1 onion
2 tomatoes
4-5 cashews
Broccoli
Mushrooms
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Pasta seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1-2 cheese slice
1 teaspoon pasta sauce
Chilli flakes

Method:
1. Take water in a pot and boil. Add salt, olive oil and pasta.
2. Cook for 20 min and strain the pasta.
3. Take oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, onion, tomatoes, red chilli and cashews. Sauté it then add water and let it boil.
4. When cools down remove the tomatoe skin and make a smooth paste.
5. Take oil in a pan, add washed broccoli and mushrooms and sauté for about 10 min.
6. Heat butter in a pan, add 1 tablespoon wheat flour, cook for 2 minutes and add boiled milk.
7. Once the mixture slightly thickens, add the prepared red sauce.
8. Add pasta seasoning, salt, black pepper, pasta water, pasta sauce, cheese slice and chilli flakes.
9. Once the sauce is ready, drop the sautéed vegetables and cooked pasta and mix well.
10. Turn off the stove and transfer the pasta to a serving plate.
11. Garnish it with grated cheese.
