Skinless chicken thighs 2
Broccoli 1/2
Garlic cloves 5
Onion 1 medium
Ginger paste 1tsp
dry bay leaves 5
Soy sauce 30g
Rice vinegar 30g
Water 30g
Honey 10g
Black pepper
Chili 1
Oil 5g

Directions:
Remove the skin of the thighs if you can’t find skinless boneless chicken thighs. Chop up broccoli florets, dice onion and chili, peel the garlic, and cut off the root.

Combine in a glass soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, and honey.

Add 4g of oil into a pan on medium heat and start frying the onions for 2-3 minutes under occasional stirring. Then add in chicken thighs and fry both sides for 1-2 minutes to get some color.

Add a ton of black pepper, then go in with all of the vegetables and ginger. Stir everything and add in the sauce. Close the lid and let it simmer on low for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes stir everything and flip the chicken and let it simmer again with the lid for 10 more minutes.

After 25 minutes in total, you can add 1 tsp of cornstarch mixed with a bit of water to create a slurry. Let it simmer for 30 seconds and it will become thick.

Serve with rice if you can spare another 200 cals. Enojy!
