Just the fact that it looks absolutely delicious AND it’s low carb, sugar free, gluten free, and keto friendly makes it pretty “ultimate” as-is. But does it TASTE good and is it soft and not hard-as-a-rock like some gluten free breads? We’ll find out…
I substituted coconut oil ( and coconut cream for the butter to make this dairy free.
I also didn’t have any freshly grated ginger, so I used ground ginger for the glaze. I hope that’s okay!
