2 slices of protein bread
1 hardboiled egg
fresh spinach
mayonnaise
seasoning
◼Fruit Salad with Coconut Milk◼
1 banana
1 apple
1 peach
rolled oats
creamy coconut milk
cranberry sirup
◼Banana Bread◼
100 g/ 1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
2 eggs
75 g/ 1/3 cup raw sugar
150 g/ 1.25 cup spelt flour
1 pack of baking soda
cinnamon to taste
100 g/ 1 cup raisins
4 ripe bananas
◼Bircher Muesli◼
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Fruit Muesli mix (Mine contains rolled oats, sultanas, banana chips, cornflakes, dried apple, dried raspberry, dried strawberry and almonds.)
1 ripe banana
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup soy yoghurt (I used soy yoghurt with pear and peach taste)
raisins
almonds
fresh strawberries
