1/4 cup low calorie Hellmann’s Mayonnaise (140 calories)
1/4 cup diced celery (17 calories)
1/4 cup shredded carrot (11 calories)
Salt and pepper to taste
*option substitutions
Red pepper
Lemon pepper 1/8 tsp and 1/4 tsp lemon juice instead of mayo.

Total calories 417 calories for entire bowl!
