Zuppa Toscana is a favorite in my house! I def had to make it now that the weather is getting cold! So, a super warm delicious and easy soup is perfect for those cozy weeknights in 🙂 I hope you enjoy!
I used 3 italian sausage links with the casings removed
avocado oil ( if you can hear me being silly at this part of the video, thumbs up this video lol)
ground beef
bacon
onion
garlic
32 oz vegetable broth
2 cups of heavy cream
yukon gold potatoes
minced parsley
you can add water to increase the volume of your soup, just flavor it with garlic, salt and onion powder
I used roughly 2tbls of garlic powder and 1 tbl of onion powder
I also added some kale at the end
