Way back last year I posted a full day of eating low calorie dense high volume foods to get you absolutely shredded and kept one of my best recipes a secret and told you guys to comment if you wanted to see it.
After plenty of comments and reminders, it has still taken me this long to get round to showing you… So hopefully it is worth the wait.
This low calorie anabolic dessert recipe gives you a whole family sized trifle for less than 300 calories.
If you’re bored of the same out Greg Doucette or Remington James anabolic protein ice creams or dont want that bloated xanthan gum feeling then this is the dessert for you.
It is insanely filling, high in protein, low in fat and very easy to put together.
