This video highlights 7 Low Budget Thanksgiving Dinner Recipes for two!

All of my videos are edited by me (credit given to original content creators) using the editing programs Final Cut Pro and Adobe Photoshop. I create an intro, add title pages, change the background, add music, start each recipe with the finished product to give the viewer an idea of what is being prepared and end each video with the ingredients, the calories associated with each ingredient and written instructions on how each meal is prepared to add educational value to my viewers. I also use professional voice artists to help create voice overs.

– Sheet Pan Thanksgiving Dinner For 2:
FOR THE TURKEY:
2–4 pound boneless, skin-on turkey breast
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste

FOR THE STUFFING:
1/2 loaf of sourdough bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup of broth
2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of minced sage (or rosemary, thyme)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
½ yellow onion, finely chopped

FOR THE CRANBERRIES:
3/4 pound of fresh brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of fresh cranberries

FOR THE SWEET POTATOES:
2 small sweet potatoes, halved
Oil for brushing
Brown sugar, cinnamon and marshmallows for topping

– One-Pan Roasted Chicken With Butternut Squash And Brussels Sprouts:
1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 lb. butternut squash, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 red or yellow onion, chopped
1 lemon, thinly sliced
3 large cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
4–6 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 fresh sage leaves, chopped

– Maple Glazed Turkey Breast:
3 pound boneless turkey breast roast
(or whole bone-in breast, adjusting cooking time as needed)
8 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 stick)
1 tablespoon coarse salt
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder (roasted garlic powder recommended)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 cup maple syrup, divided
1 cup chicken broth (optional)
Enclosed gravy packet (optional)

– Herb Roasted Turkey Breast:
3 lb Boneless Turkey Breast, thawed
4 Sage Leaves, fresh
1 Tablespoon Thyme chopped, fresh
Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

– Sweet Potato Rounds:
3 lb Boneless Turkey Breast, thawed
4 Sage Leaves, fresh
1 Tablespoon Thyme chopped, fresh
Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

– Quick Green Beans with Bacon:
4 bacon strips, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

– Crispy Garlic Roasted Potatoes:
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary, chopped
2 pounds baby red potatoes, quartered
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
