Walnut Carrot Balls Recipe
In this recipe, I tried to explain how to make walnut carrot balls recipe both with video and photos.
The preparation time for my walnut carrot balls recipe is 5-10 minutes, and the cooking time 3-5 minutes.
Ingredients
2 Carrots – 180 Grams
12 Walnuts – 65 Grams
1 Tablespoon of Honey – 10 Grams
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon of Butter – 25 Grams
For the Above
2 Tablespoons of Coconut Powder – 20 Grams
Method
1 – I shredded 12 (65 grams) of walnuts in the rondo until they were the thinnest.
2 – I sautéed 2 (180 grams) of peeled and grated carrots in 1 tablespoon (25 grams) of melted butter for 2-3 minutes.
3 – I put the sautéed carrots in the bowl. I added 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon (10 grams) of honey, and the walnuts I chopped in the rondo. I kneaded all the ingredients until they were mixed together.
4 – I made balls the size of walnuts.
5 – I covered the balls I prepared with 2 tablespoons (20 grams) of coconut powder.
