Ingredients of Spinach Soup:
spinach
lentils
an onion
garlic
orange
Salt
How to Prepare Spinach Soup:
First, soak the lentils in water, then wash and chop the spinach.
Chop the onion and fry it in butter until it turns golden and add the garlic along with the spices
Now add the spinach to the fried onion and garlic
Now is the time to add the lentils.
Add some water and let it cook.
At the end, before turning off the fire, add orange juice (a type of local lime) along with salt.
