In this video I focus on my easy meal prep idea for school or work. This is my go-to plant-based meal prep, because it’s not only filling but also versatile with many palettes. You may combine this with a number of different sauces, herbs,veggies, etc.

Rice and beans are some of the best ingredients in weekday meals because they are extremely affordable. For those of you that are wondering, there is 10g of protein in each serving.

Ingredients:
1 can organic black beans
3 1/2 c. peas
2 c. jasmine rice
1/8 red onion diced
vegan butter
coconut oil
nutritional yeast
any sauces you like have fun with this recipe
and create your own flavors.
