All Canadians know and love the chocolate glazed donuts from Tim Hortons… I could seriously eat multiples in one sitting. Which is why I decided to make a high protein, low calorie copycat version of them!

CHOCOLATE FROSTED DONUTS
Macros (1 donut):
94 calories, 6.5g protein, 15.5g carbs, 1.5g fat
Ingredients (for 6 donuts):
90g all purpose flour
30g chocolate protein powder (I used @PEScienceOfficial – discount code FIT15)
33g unsweetened cocoa powder
4g baking powder
pinch of salt
50g zero calorie sweetener (I used Lakanto – discount code FIT15)
43g unsweetened applesauce
45g nonfat Greek yogurt
4ml vanilla extract
85ml unsweetened almond milk
Glaze:
25g powdered sugar substitute (I used Lakanto – discount code FIT15)
15-30ml unsweetened almond milk
