INGREDIENTS:
This serving is is for 4 individuals
✔️3 TBL spoon of olive oil – greenish color
✔️1 red onion
✔️1 bag of quorn @quornusa
✔️1 cup of Italian tomato sauce
✔️1 cup of parsley 🌿
SEASONING:
✔️1 1/2 small tea spoon of iodized sea salt
✔️1 tea spoon of ground organic red chili – OPTIONAL
✔️1/2 tea spoon of black pepper
EASY STEP #1
Combine in a pan 1 onion, olive oil, quorn meatless grounds and tomato sauce – mix and cook on medium heat for 10 min, mix occasionally
EASY STEP #2.
While meatless grounds is cooking prepare pasta as it’s says on packaging.
EASY STEP #3.
In 10 min add parsley, iodized sea salt, ground red chili and black pepper. Mix and serve with pasta .
✅NOTE: this recipe is also delicious with grain free chips or millet and sorghum grains.
