Hi, I am sharing some unique baked oats recipe with you today. Let me know if you have any more questions! 🙂

Notes:
– Used a 4.7oz ramekin for all the one made in oven, and 4oz ramekin for microwave.
– Maple syrup can be replaced by any other sweetener of choice.
– Plant based milks work well for all these recipes.
– To replace 1/2 banana, 1 egg can be added but make sure to add more sweetener because banana adds a lot of it naturally.

Gold Spoons:

#1 Churros Baked Oats 🍫
Lindt Chocolate I used:
Ramekin:
Rolled Oats:
Blender:

Calories: 260 (including the chocolate)
Ingredients:
– 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp of rolled oats
– 1/2 ripe banana (it has to be ripe so it can provide sweetness)
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/3 cup almond milk (mine had 10 calories per 1/3 cup)
– 12g chocolate (could be semi-sweet, could be milk or even dark)
topping:
– 1 to 1.5 tsp granulated sugar
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Bake at 350F/ 180C for 20 min! Take it out right away so the chocolate is molten.

#2 Pumpkin Spice Baked Oats 🎃

Blender:
Rolled Oats:

Calories: 267
Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup oats
– 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/8 tsp salt
Bake at 350F/180C for 20-25 min!
Optional topping: whipped cream, cinnamon

#3 Microwave Brownie Oats 🍫
Oats Flour:
Ramekin:
Pyrex Glass Bowl:
Rolled Oats:
Vegan Chocolate Chips:
Cocoa Powder:
Maple Syrup:

Calories: 184 (not accounting for the few chocolate chips on top)
Protein: 6.9g
Ingredients:
– 1/2 ripe banana
– 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
– 3 tbsp oats flour
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– pinch of salt
– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 tbsp almond milk
– Optional: semi sweet chocolate chips (i used vegan chocolate chips)
Microwave for 45 to 60 seconds on high. (Check after 45 seconds, if the top is wet, put it back for another 15 seconds or until done.)
– You can make oat flour by simply grinding the rolled oats until they have a fine flour texture
– You can use any other milk if you don’t care about calories or the brownie being vegan

#4 Jelly Donut Baked Oats 🍩

Rolled Oats:

Ingredients:
– 50g oats or (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp oats)
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 ripe banana (has to be ripe, over ripe is even better) — [substitue with 2 tbsp yogurt & additional sweetener of choice per taste]
filling:
– 1/3 cup raspberries + choppped strawberries (you can use either or(
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
topping:
– 1 tsp brown sugar
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Bake for 25 min @ 350F/180C.

#5 Strawberry Pie Baked Oats 🥧 🍓
Ramekin:
Wireless Blender:
Rolled Oats:

Ingredients:
– 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp oats
– 1/3 cup milk
– 1/2 tsp vanilla
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon (you can reduce to 1/4 tsp)
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 banana
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
strawberry filling:
– 1/3 cup strawberry
– 1/2 tbsp sugar
topping:
– 1/2 to 1 tsp brown sugar
Bake for 25 min at 350F/180C.
