Enjoy this super high protein and nutrients salad either for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Follow this recipe at your home and live a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients:
1 small cucumber
½ red onion
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp cooking oil
200gm Over night soaked chickpeas
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp red chilli
½ tsp ginger
3 tbsp fresh coriander
1 green chilies
¼ tsp roasted cumin
¼ tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp black salt
2 tbsp lime juice
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp cooking oil

Instructions:
1. Soak Cauli Chana overnight and drain.
2. Slice the cucumbers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes
6. In a large bowl, add sprouted Cauli Chana, cubes, onion, tomato, chopped coriander, black salt and roasted cumin powder.
3. Add green chillies, black pepper powder and chaat masala. Squeeze lemon and mix till well combined.
4. Transfer the prepared salad into serving bowls and enjoy it!
