– Spring water tuna chunks has nearly 0 fats
– Can be used for making heaps of recipes
– Can be eaten as is for easy protein

Konjac Noodles
– Practically 0 calories
– Simulates noods
– Can absorb the flavour of sauces if cooked correctly
– Super filling
– Comes in different noodle types for different noodle dishes

Low Fat Mayo
– Practically 0 fat for some brands
– Not as delicious as normal mayo but does the job
– Overall great for a mayonnaise alternative as it’s waaaay less calories
– I use it on sandwiches, mixing it with other sauces, and recipes
