here’s what you’ll need:
+ 1 can @wildplanetfoods sardines
+ 1/2 small onion, sliced
+ 1 carrot, sliced
+ 1/4 daikon radish, sliced
+ 2 green onions (some reserved for garnish)

seasoning sauce:
+ 2 tbsp soy sauce
+ 2 tbsp water
+ 1 tbsp sugar
+ 1 tbsp gochugaru
+ 1/2 tsp curry powder
+ 2 large cloves garlic, minced
+ 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
+ 2 tbsp gochujang

here’s how to make it:

add some of the oil from the can to the pan over medium low heat. add slices of radish to the bottom of the pan, then add onion and carrots. mix the ingredients for the seasoning sauce and set aside. place the sardines on top of the vegetables and pour the seasoning sauce on top. add the whites of the green onions. add a lid and simmer for 10 minutes. remove the lid, spoon the sauce over the sardines and continue to cook for another 10 minutes. serve with rice and enjoy✨
