Ingredients:
– Chopped Carrot
– Chopped Beans
– Chopped Green chillies
– Chopped Onoin
– Sweet Corn
– Soaked and half boiled Moong Dal
– Boiled Barley
– Ghee
– Hing
– Jeera
– Turmeric powder
– Black paper powder
– Salt
Method:
– Heat the pan add ghee
– Add pinch of Hing
– Add jeera
– Add chopped Onion
– stir it till the color of Onion changes
– Now add boiled Crrot,Beans and chopped Green chilli
– mix it well
– Add half cooked Moong Dal
– Now add Balck paper powder, Turmeric powder and Salt
– Mix it well
– Lastly add boiled Barley
– Stir it well
– keep lid on pan leave it for 5 mins
– Barley Khichadi is ready to serve
