Egg mayo sandwich is a very easy, quick and delicious sandwich which you can make in no time for breakfast, for tiffin. You can make this sandwich as an evening snack also. It’s healthy too as I have used brown bread which is made of whole wheat flour but you can use white bread if you want. Try out the recipe and comment me below how it came out.

1. Brown bread slices – 6
2. Boiled eggs – 2
3. Salt as per taste
4. Black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
5. Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoon or as required
