How to Make Healthy Pizza😍😋 In this video we’ll make a quick & easy gluten-free flatbread pizza recipe🤩 The dough doesn’t contain yeast, so that’s why it’s so quick and easy to make😍 If you aren’t coeliac/intolerant to gluten/IBS sufferer, you can of course use regular flour in this!☺️

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose gluten-free flour mix (360 ml)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (240 ml)
1 tablespoon olive oil

Topping examples:
pesto
turkey slices
cherry tomatoes
lactose-free feta

1. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together
2. Add the yogurt and olive oil and stir until combined
3. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll them into balls. On a floured surface flatten the dough with a rolling pin
4. Bake the crusts at 220 Celsius degrees / 430 in Fahrenheit for about 8 minutes. Add the toppings and bake for about 8 minutes until crust is lightly browned. Enjoy!
