★★★ Healthy Avocado Paratha Ingredients ★★★

➤ Makes: 10 Parathas

➤ Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Avocados – peeled, pitted and chopped
• ½ tsp – Cumin seeds (Jeera)
• 1 tsp – Green Chilli – finely chopped (or to taste)
• ½ tsp – Carom seeds (Ajwain)
• 1 tsp – Cumin (Jeera) Powder
• 1 TBSP – Ginger Paste
• 1 TBSP – Garlic Paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli Powder (or to taste)
• ¼ tsp – Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
• 1½ tsp – Salt (or to taste)
• 1 Pinch – Asafoetida (Hing) – Optional
• ½ tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – Lemon Juice (or to taste)
• ¼ cup – Cilantro (Coriander) – chopped
• 1 tsp + 1 TBSP + as needed – Oil
• As needed – Wheat (Gehoon/Chapati) Flour

1 cup = 250ml, 1 TBSP = 15ml, 1 tsp = 5ml
