100 g (3.52 oz) oatmeal
100 g (3.52 oz) walnuts
200 g dates
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
100 ml (3.38 fl oz) coconut oil
🍪 Cooking
1️⃣ Pour almonds, oatmeal and walnuts into a blender and chop as much as possible
2️⃣ Puree pitted dates with an immersion blender
3️⃣ With nut mass with dates. Add cocoa and coconut oil (not frozen, at room temperature).
4️⃣ Form a sausage, wrap the bag with foil and freeze for 30 minutes-1 hour.
