Ingredients for Healthy Banana Bread Recipe:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted if needed
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp 2% milk (divided), at room temperature
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups mashed banana (3~4 overripe bananas)
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp dutch cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
