Hello friends. Today I am sharing what I had for breakfast this past week. Hope you enjoy

Blueberry oatmeal recipe
Ingredients
4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
8 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
3.5 cups milk (I used some cream in the recipe because I didn’t have enough milk)
1 pint blueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium sized bowl, whisk your dry ingredients together (oats, baking powder and cinnamon). Mix.
Add eggs, lightly beaten, vanilla extract and milk. Whisk together.
Fold the blueberries into the batter taking care to be gentle (no blueberry smushing here, we want these intact!).
Grease a 9×9 baking pan. Pour in the oatmeal mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is set. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.

* You can add maple syrup to it as well. I only drizzled on top once oatmeal was cooked.
