300g Basmati Rice
500g Lean Pork Mince
2 Garlic Cloves
3 tbsp Fresh Coriander chopped (optional)
Thumb Sized piece of Ginger (grated)
Zest and Juice of 1 Lime (wedges to serve optional)
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Fish Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
Spray Oil
Tenderstem Broccoli
TO SERVE – Spring Onions finely sliced, sesame seeds
