For vegetable Sandwich :

Coriander leaves : 1cup
Mint leaves : 3/4th cup
Green Chillies : 2
Salt : 1/2 spoon

for sandwich :

Chopped Capsicum : 1cup
Grated carrot : 3/4th cup
Tomatoes

Cucumber
