Ingredients
1 cup hung curd
1 tbsp chopped capsicum
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped carrot
1 tbsp coriander leaves
2 minced garlic
1 chopped chilli- optional
1 tbsp mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
*MOST IMPORTANT*- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder

Mix all the ingredients well.
Spread the mixture on a bread slice.
Grease the toaster or the tawa with melted butter. Cook till crisp.
