Oats flour 1/3 cup (120 calories )
1 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce (6 calories )
vanilla sugar 1/2 tsp optional ( 0 calories)
no fat milk 1/3 cup ( 28 calories)
total calories = 154 calories i made 5 pancakes so 154/5=30 calories each
