We paired our quorn pieces with seasoned green beans made in the air fryer and some high protein Edamame beans.

Satay Quorn ‘Chicken’ Pieces:
– Smooth Peanut Butter 1 heaped tbsp
– Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
– Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
– Sprinkle of Chilli Flakes
– Ground Black Pepper 1 tbsp
– Salt 1 tbsp
– Chilli Oil 1 tbsp
– Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
– Rice White Vinegar 1 tbsp
– Sugar 1 tbsp
– Sriracha Sauce 1 tsp
– Half of a Lemon
– Olive Oil (Few drops to coat frying pan)
– Quorn ‘Chicken’ Pieces (300 g)

– Edamame Beans (100 g)
– Sprinkle of Salt
– Sprinkle of Ground Black Pepper
– Sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper
– Half of a Lemon
– Few drops of Soy Sauce
