I often make this caprese salad because of how delicious, nutritious, and easy it is to make!

The food shown in the video fed 2 people (also added more arugula to it).

Ingredients:

-Tomatoes: Great source of fiber, vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K.
– Mozarella cheese: protein and calcium
-Arugula: calcium potassium, folate, vitamin C, vitamin K. Arugula is low in sugar, calories, carbohydrates, and fat.
-Olive oil
-Salt and pepper
