Cooking Time presents : 5 Delicious Sandwich Ideas Healthy Weight Loss Recipes for you!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup frozen blueberries (I used frozen wild blueberries)
1 tbsp creamy almond butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp cinnamon (I used Ceylon cinnamon)
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1/2 tbsp. pure maple syrup.
Instructions:
Add the oatmeal, chia seeds and cinnamon into a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Incorporate the nuts milk, pure maple syrup and frozen blueberries and mix it up again.
Transfer the oatmeal mixture into a mason jar or another covered container.
Close the lid securely and place the oatmeal into the refrigerator overnight to thicken and set.
Once you’re ready for your oatmeal the next day, take them out of the bowl and place them in the serving dish.
Sprinkle the oatmeal with almond butter and pure maple syrup. Enjoy to your liking.
