Air Fryer Recipes Healthy, healthy air fryer recipes for weight loss, palak paneer recipes, palak paneer kathi roll, air fryer palak paneer recipe.

Ingredients:

3 preboiled and grated potatoes
100 grams, blanched and grinded spinach
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper :
1 tsp chilli flakes :
1 tsp coriander powder :
1/2 tsp cumin powder :
1/2 tsp chaat masala (optional) :
3 tbsp gram or garbanzo flour (You can also consider, preboiled chickpeas can or eggs) :
1/2 cup bread crumbs :
Salt as per taste :

Preparation Methods:
Take above ingredients and mix well. Then take a small portion and make a flat round shape and place one cut Paneer Cube and wrap and roll like as shown in video. Follow the same and prepare rest of the roll. Preheat Cosori Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 205 degree c and then take out the basket and grease with olive oil. Please Paneer roll gradually inside the basket. Set Cosori Air Fryer temperature for 15 to 18 minutes at 190 degree c and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes. After 5 to 6 minutes, stop and apply olive oil or any normal oil and then plac inside the basket. Let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes and then flip it. After 2 to 3 minutes, stop, flip and apply olive oil and let it cook for remaining minutes. Once ready take this out. You can serve with any chutney, ketchup, etc.

Air Fryer time and Temperature Settings
First Preheat air fryer at 205 degree c for 5 minutes and then 190 degree c for 15 to 20 minutes.
