– 1 Onion – medium size
– 1/2 Cabbage / Gobi – small size
– 1 Beetroot – small or medium size
– 1 Carrot – small or medium size
– 1 White Carrot – small or medium size
– 1/2 cup finely coriander
– Tomato – optional
– Cucumber – optional
– Corn – optional
– Salt as per taste
– 1/2 tea spoon chaat masala
– 1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
