This low calorie lunch was great for weight loss and something I ate all the time on my way to losing 55 pounds. I love it! This crunchy tuna salad over sweet and tangy slaw will fill you up and leave you feeling satisfied and not deprived at all!

I am always looking for easy weight loss meals and this one is for sure on my list of “go-to” ideas when I am pressed for time or even money. A little goes a LONG way.

I doubled the recipe so I could have lunch the next day too, but it’s still so much food that you could have three lunches if you’d like. I just like to eat a lot of food so this healthy weight loss recipe was great for me!

I will include substitution ideas, but below you will find my recipe.

Time 15 min
Serves 1 (I doubled mine in the video)
No cooking involved

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp braggs liquid aminos
1 tsp mustard or dijon
Stevia to taste, I used a little pinch of Trim Healthy Mama brand stevia, but you could use a packet of Truvia or 1-2 drops of liquid stevia.
1 can chunk light tuna packed in water
1/4 C greek yogurt or 1/8 C olive oil mayo
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 apple
2 C coleslaw mix or broccoli slaw
Salt/Pepper to taste

Mix ingredients in a bowl, and enjoy!

I split mine into two and you can store in the fridge for up to 3 days for a quick weight loss meal on the go or just prepped ahead for any day of the week!
