Mini bagel bites!
With only 4 Ingredients and 27g of protein thanks to @yopro !
Ingredients (makes 5):
– 130g @yopro high protein plain Greek yoghurt
– 120g plain flour
– Egg white
– Everything but the bagel seasoning
How to:
– Place flour and yoghurt in a mixing bowl.
– Knead until combined.
– Roll out and create donut shapes, then place on a lined baking tray.
– Bake for 15-20mins on a lined baking tray.
– Enjoy with your choice of toppings!
