Not only is it high in protein it is also low in calories (only 334 for the whole thing) and it’s super super filling! Because knowing me I am always hungry haha so this will help fill you up to your next meal (:
So go try this out you can also swap out the blueberries for any of your other favourite fruits!

o 40g Oats
o 2.5 Tsp Chia Seeds
o 25g Protein Powder (I used Vanilla from Tropeaka)
o 40g Blueberries (or other fruit, can also add more)
o Powdered Peanut Butter (I used Choc Hazelnut flavour from Macro Mike)
