Blueberry Bran muffins:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp bran
2 cups bran
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup frozen or fresh fruit

Cream butter, sugar, and eggs together. Add corn syrup and vanilla. Stir soda into sour milk and add to mixture. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25.

Energy Bites:
2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

Veggie Dip:
1 1/2 cups sourcream
3/4 cup cheese
2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
1 tbsp onion powder
Crumbled bacon.
